Our paths first crossed in Yaba when you lived on Thourbourn Avenue and I in All Saints Church Vicarage. We got closer when we formed the Christ Youth Army and your dedication led to you becoming the 3rd Commandant following Bayo Akinola's demise and my depature to school about 1988. Your determination to be successful despite all challenges was a lesson to many and you did achieve many things in the short while you lived. Yes you were not perfect but you touched the lives of many by your humble ways and interaction. Today as we bid you farewell finally, may the good Lord bless and protect your dear wife and children and send them help from unusual places. You are missed! Soji.
